Brookfield Multiplex is responsible for the design, construction and development management for the Hilton Surfers Paradise and the building was designed by Buchan Group. The Hilton Surfers Paradise is a multi-residential & hotel high-rise complex. The building comprises of two buildings and there is a strong vertical dialogue between the two towers, with a significant difference in height and form ensuring the individuality of each building.  The Hilton project involved a top down construction methodology from the perimeter precast to the basement. One of the challenges faced by Advanced Precast was the utilisation of precast columns and slabs to create the crowning of the Hilton @ Surfers Paradise. Another challenge faced by Advanced Precast was the installation of the Halo on the building perimeter at Level 58 with a specialist rigging crew.

This beautiful building was completed in 2011 with ongoing support from Advanced Precast.
